• Leading Singapore-Based Investment Fund (VCC): Provided comprehensive legal services to a prominent, globally recognized Singapore-based investment fund, advising on a wide range of matters including capital markets, due diligence, crisis management, litigation, and enforcement. Delivered strategic legal analysis and tailored solutions while serving as ongoing legal counsel for the fund's day-to-day legal needs.

• Enforcement Proceedings Against a Prominent Emerging Stock Market Company: Represented a client in enforcing substantial claims against a prominent company listed on Taiwan's Emerging Stock Market. Developed a comprehensive enforcement strategy through pre-enforcement scenario analysis and procedural planning, and successfully negotiated joint and several guarantees from the company's major shareholders. Subsequently initiated enforcement proceedings against more than 90 assets, ultimately securing a settlement and successfully enforcing the client's claims to protect its rights and interests.

• Fresenius Group: Served as Acting Head of Legal for a Taiwan subsidiary of the Fresenius Group, a Fortune Global 500 company, providing legal support for its day-to-day operations, tendering and bidding processes, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters. Also assisted joint venture shareholders with business operations and related legal matters.

• Department of Investment Review, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan: Served as legal counsel to the Department of Investment Review of Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs, advising Taiwanese businesses on legal disputes and issues arising from their operations and investments in Mainland China. Provided legal opinions, developed dispute resolution strategies, and assisted in negotiations with Mainland Chinese government authorities to protect and advance the legal rights and commercial interests of Taiwanese businesses.

• Chu Lu Ranch: Represented Chu Lu Ranch, a renowned ranch in Taitung and a frequently recognized destination among Taiwan's top 10 Lunar New Year traffic congestion hotspots, in an intellectual property rights enforcement matter involving a franchise group. Coordinated nationwide evidence collection and initiated criminal and civil proceedings against the franchisor and individual franchisees. Successfully obtained favorable court judgments and reached a mediated settlement, effectively safeguarding the client's intellectual property rights and interests.

• Multi-level Marketing Protection Foundation: Provided comprehensive legal services to the Multi-level Marketing Protection Foundation, an independent non-profit organization established with the assistance of Taiwan's Fair Trade Commission. Advised on the Foundation's charter of endowment, rules of procedure, mediation regulations, and other governance documents necessary for carrying out its statutory functions under Taiwan's Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act. Also provided professional legal consultation and educational training services, delivering reliable legal support to the multi-level marketing industry.

• HannStar Display Corporation: Represented HannStar Display Corporation, a prominent LCD manufacturer based in Southern Taiwan Science Park, in a legal dispute against a security services provider concerning the provision of security services. Successfully obtained a favorable court judgment, effectively protecting the client's legal rights and interests.

• OFO – Hong Kong-Based Bike-Sharing Company: Advised OFO, one of China's prominent bike-sharing companies with a fleet of more than 10 million bicycles, on its potential business operations in Taiwan. Conducted comprehensive legal analysis of Taiwan's regulatory framework and market environment, addressing the operational feasibility, technical considerations, and legal implications of introducing its bike-sharing services into the Taiwanese market.
